Authorized Wholesale & Reseller Program
abooba is owned and operated by Unveiled Inc. We sell SOOTHAL™ Baby Moisturizing Cream directly to consumers and through a network of authorized third-party resellers. Our products are distributed through wholesalers, distributors, independent retailers, and online marketplace sellers, including authorized sellers on Amazon.
Unveiled Inc. is the Rights Owner and Brand Administrator for the abooba brand in Amazon Brand Registry. Resellers we authorize to sell on Amazon are assigned the Brand Registry Reseller role for the abooba brand, which identifies them to Amazon as approved by the brand owner.
1. Who the program is for
We welcome applications from:
- Wholesalers and distributors
- Independent retailers, pharmacies, baby boutiques, and clinics
- Online marketplace sellers, including third-party sellers on Amazon
- Subscription and specialty retail programs
Authorization is granted on a per-business basis. Authorized resellers receive wholesale pricing and terms, access to approved product imagery and copy, and, for Amazon sellers, Reseller role assignment in Brand Registry.
2. How to apply
Email us at abooba@unveiled.co with the subject line “Authorized Reseller Application — abooba SOOTHAL”. Tell us briefly about your business, the channels you sell through, and where you intend to sell abooba products.
3. What to have ready
To set up your account and issue invoices correctly, please prepare the following before you apply. Incomplete applications are returned for the missing items, which delays authorization.
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
Your federal tax ID. Sole proprietors may submit an SSN-based tax ID in its place.
- Resale certificate
A valid resale or sales-tax exemption certificate for each state in which you will resell. We cannot invoice tax-exempt without it.
- Shipping address
The physical address where wholesale orders should be delivered. Include a receiving contact if different from the primary contact.
- Billing address
The address to appear on invoices, if different from the shipping address.
- Invoicing contact
The name, email address, and phone number of the person who should receive invoices and payment correspondence.
4. What happens next
We review each application and reply by email. Once approved, we confirm your account details, share wholesale pricing and terms, and issue invoices to the contact you provide. For Amazon sellers, we assign the Brand Registry Reseller role to your seller account so your listings are recognized as brand-authorized.
